4th of July Cardboard Boat Races
Posted on May 24th, 2016
Posted on Feb 26th, 2016
Due to recent vandalism at the HOA's silt ponds, the HOA has requested the Lake Winnebago Police Department to increase patrols in that area.  Residents who are in the area of the silt ponds (walking a dog, going on a nature hike, curious about the silt ponds) should be prepared to be stopped and asked their name, address and purpose for being in the area.  Non-residents, not accompanied by a resident, will be arrested for trespassing. Continued vandalism could be very detrimental for the HOA's silt removal project and could result in expensive repairs to the silt ponds.  If you see anything that looks suspicious, please call the Police Department at 537-7900 or the HOA office at 537-7273.
HOA Pontoon Trailer Usage
Posted on Sep 30th, 2014
The HOA has purchased a trailer that residents may use to help service their boats, and to remove or launch their boat onto Lake Winnebago.  Trailers from unauthorized dealers are not allowed on any ramp at Lake Winnebago.  Please contact the HOA office at 816-537-7273 for more information.
