2024 HOA Membership Dues--$1,275.00

     --Due January 1st, delinquent after March 1st

     --$100 late charge

 

If paying by Cash or Check:  Please feel free to utilize the HOA black drop box located on the East end of the Community Center Building, next to the community docks.  You may also visit the office Monday thru Friday from 8am to 5pm.  Or mail your check to LW HOA, 12 Winnebago Dr, Lake Winnebago, MO  64034.

 

If paying by Credit Card:  Request an email from the office with a link to pay online.  However, there is an upcharge of $44.63 to supplement the Merchant Service Fees required by the Credit Card Company.  Therefore your total will be $1319.63.
