The community vote for the Winnebago South Lake Expansion was held on Monday, June 20th. The results of the vote are the following: 280 in favor, 30 opposed. With the overwhelming community support, the Lake Expansion Committee and the HOA Board will continue working with Randy Spalding on a Development Agreement for the expansion. Thank you to everyone who came to the meetings and voted in person or by proxy.
